There is one plan, and every user gets every module — no feature tiers, no role-based upsells. The €99 base fee covers your first 5 users. Beyond that, each user is a flat monthly rate that gets cheaper as you grow: it is graduated like tax brackets, so you pay each band’s rate only for the users within it.

A few features cost real money to run — AI answers, deep analysis, scheduled reports, large exports — so they draw from a monthly credit allowance (1,000 credits plus 50 per user, included). Interactive dashboards and wallboards are always free. If you ever need more, you can top up at any time, or simply wait for the next monthly reset. You are never billed by surprise: when the allowance is gone, metered AI actions pause until you top up.

Every account includes a shared storage pool of 25 GB plus 2 GB per user, across all your sites — enough for the documents and photos a typical plant attaches to actions, audits, and incidents. If you need more, you can add 100 GB, 500 GB, or 1 TB blocks at any time.
